This is the only place I would entrust my three cats to when I have to leave town. Belinda is an absolute doll and takes great care of them. They never seem stressed when we go to pick them up, they’re only upset to get back into their carriers, haha. They love the room with the outdoor run and I really appreciate that they have that option. We’re moving away in a few months, and I hope to find a place just like this in our new city. Thanks for everything Cathy, Belinda, and staff!

This is the only place I would trust to take care of my cat when I go on vacation. Their rooms are more spacious than other cat hotels I've seen, and they get time to roam outside of their room as well. The comments I receive from the staff about my cat when I pick him up each time tell me that they are also very attentive towards his needs.
We had our cat (13 yrs old) stay at Cat Utopia for three weeks. Our cat requires comprehensive care, including 5 sets of medication a day(!) and careful monitoring. After a bad experience at a previous cattery we were nervous to find another until we read the sterling reviews and recommendations for Cat Utopia.We decided to try a cattery one more time- and we are so glad we did as Cat Utopia and the team delivered! From start to finish, Cat Utopia's personalized service, care and professionalism made us feel completely reassured that our cat would be taken care of to the best possible ability. Upon arrival back to Vancouver, heading straight home to quarantine was no problem as Cat Utopia offered a Valet Service kindly bringing your cat to your door so you don't need to worry. He came back a very happy, healthy, clean and groomed cat- as if he really had been on holiday! We can't recommend Cat Utopia enough- they provided the kind, calm reassurance that we needed for us and our cat during a very uncertain time for us - thank you SO much!!
A wonderful hotel for my cat. The staff are always happy to see him and he loves to use the outdoor run while he is there.
