I used to live there as a single parent a few years ago. They laundry room was flooded for over a month at 465 and I had to walk through an inch of water. Each time. Once my toddler slipped on the floor because it was so wet. I reported the issue but it was not fixed promptly.

Just be weary of the cleaning fees they will charge when you move out. We had a bad experience where they used photos from their pre-move out inspection before we were done cleaning and tried to charge us a few hundred dollars. If this happens don't hesitate to contest this.
Amazing place - quiet, great property management, and the building cleaner is outstanding! A very friendly man, we chat all the time I take the dogs out. NEVER had any issues at all with even tiny, minor fixes -which is all we have had. I would highly recommend this building and the staff that run it are friendly, diligent, respectful, and very good at their jobs indeed.
I moved in about 2 weeks ago so I'm just rating on my experience so far. Amy who works in the rental office has been an absolute delight from the time we began the lease signing process. Everything went very smooth, I took over someones lease which I was nervous about because that seems like a lot of paperwork, but it all went super smoothly. My unit is newly renovated, very spacious, grey walls (which I love, instead of white or light yellow or something), the people I have met in the building have all been very nice. I had my dog (chihuahua) here for a night to get her use to the place and everyone was super kind and welcoming to her. I've seen lots of other people with friendly dogs here as well. Outside seemed very clean, there are trash cans so people aren't throwing things on the ground. Overall, I've had a great first couple of weeks here! I haven't found any downsides yet. UPDATE: I've now been here for a full year and have LOVED it! Everything I commented on in the first two weeks is still very true. Amy is still amazing, maintenance staff are always working on the landscape and are quick to answer maintenance requests (I think I've only had two minor things so far). I live on the 4th floor so it's always very warm, but I'd rather it be warm than cold, a fan is all that I needed. All the residents are still very kind and I love the location. Overall I would highly recommend the building I live in.
Be aware that the apartment buzzing does not allow non London number to be connected to the system! Purolator delivery will never get your package delivered to your door! You have to drive 45 min to its warehouse near airport to pick up yourself!!!!!! It's very inconvenient.
