Bryan did a decent enough job replacing the broken tub faucet, so not a complaint there, but he was practically unresponsive to me, rude in his silence and dirty looks, he was massively slamming the door every time he came in or out to the point that a vase on a shelf all the way in the livingroom fell off, stompingbup and down the stairs like he was trying to go through them and tossing is tools around. He haphazardly replaced the piece of wall he had to cut out by putting two screws in the top and just leaving the rough handsaw cut edges, no actual repair of the wall. And he didn't even let me know he was done. He just hauled all his tools out, got in his van and drove away. Not a single word to me. The job was done but the lack of professionalism was appalling. At least I'm a renter, so it's the landlord who has to foot the bill.

Very busy place but willing to help out quickly for services.
The staff at Venture Mechanical have come out twice to repair my flakey furnace. Both times the service technicians were professional and prompt!
