I feel so much better after being treated for post concussion syndrome here! Like I've got my life back again! I'm even able to drive again! I'm so grateful and appreciative of the knowledge and abilities of all of the staff here. I highly recommend this Centre. Dr Brandy G. is the best!

The doctors provide good treatment but the red haired receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, she made my daughter's and I feel very uncomfortable. My 2 year old and I were waiting for my 16 yr old to receive treatment. The receptionist said my daughter was being too loud which she was absolutely not. Kelsey's office is right next to the reception desk and she didn't hear anything. Sick people, kids, go to doctors offices, hospitals and I've had 4 kids and have never been treated as we were at Back in Balance. We drove all the way from trail to get treatment as we like Brandy and Kelsey but I will be finding somewhere else because of the customer service. You should treat your clients with kindness, compassion, professionalism. The front people are the face of your business and we were treated poorly.
