What an experience ! I do somewhat traveling for business and work, and would visit the city's casino wherever I travel to. But this time, would be the worst experience ever. This is my first time in Regina and thought why not give their casino a try. Was at this roulette machine playing for a bit, and all out of a sudden, a lady (looks to be the casino's manager) walked over and said something about "..... you want to play" but which I didn't catch what she said clearly because I wasn't paying too much of attention of people coming by the machine. And then she point her finger at the seat and said "SIT DOWN IF YOU WANT TO PLAY" as soon as she said it in such demanding tone, like I did something wrong, and she turned around and start walking away with no explanations. I was like, huh, what the.... ? A casino manager, wow, really? such manner and attitude to customer playing in the casino. I cashed out and left right away, I don't think and feel they deserve any of my business. I was going to customer service and file a complaint, but as soon as I got to the front entrance, the SAME Manager, was in another confrontation with another customer, so I just left and didn't bother. If you are in town, Regina, and if you plan to visit their casino, I wouldn't suggest it. Better off look for fun or spend your money else where. As I am there for some fun time and not to be told and treated so impolitely. Good luck with such customer service, and management. I will NOT visit this place ever again !

Been to many casino across and today is my first time been to casino Regina. I was playing roulette machine for maybe about 30-45min standing up because we drove from another province. Suddenly a lady came over around 10:15pm with a very bad attitude telling me to sit down if I want to play. If that lady in blue and black clothing is a manager, she need a customer service training. No matter what type of day you have you are representing the casino and that’s not the customer service I had ever experienced in any other casino. Never going back, casino Regina good luck keeping the customers

Seen an awesomely funny comedy show in the Show Lounge tonight called the Debaters. The admission was a really good value considering how long and how funny the show was. We had one of those booth tables which was unexpectedly a vast improvement over regular seating. The booth creates a better social dynamic because it's so much easier to talk to the people you came with when you can easily speak directly across to them rather than when youre seated in a row and needing to shout over people. There's no bad seats here however; for either concerts or any general entertainment the sight lines are good ...if you get the option to grab a table one night I recommend it

Well our first trip to the casino today(yes,I went more than once) was of course fun but left with our "tails tucked firmly between our legs". Our second trip about 12 hrs later was prob one of the best times of my life. THANK YOU Casino Regina.

I’ve only been here once or twice. But once Covid and winter is over I’ll come more. I love the size difference between the Moose Jaw and Regina Casinos. Plus cmon this was built outta a friggen train station that alone deserves a visit
