Not friendly. Not helpful. Zero customer service. The guy seemed like a power tripper. If your a woman, don't bother. Especially if your a woman of color. Guy gave me the creeps.
Do not go to the guilford branch at all unless you want to be treated like garbage! I wonder where you got the old guy from. How the hell can you ask a potential customer...."what do you want"? honestly I thought the previous reviews I read are fake and decided to drop by and I was shocked! It makes it worse for colored people.
