I appreciate the assistance of Zhik today. He was very helpful and professional. It could have been a 5-star however, I’m giving it only a 4 because of his colleagues who need technical know-how of their own system or arrogant. A few days ago, his lady colleague made a mistake about my transaction and Zhik was able to figure out what went wrong. While Zhik was helping me in a very professional way, his arrogant colleague overheard it and made that transcation chaotic. His colleague asked me to call their customer service which I did however the call wont push through. He talked to me very arrogantly and just made the transaction even worse. Zhik solved the problem with critical thinking, empathy, and professionalism and was able to correct the mistake. It could have been like that since the beginning if only his colleague didn’t step into the scenario. I sincerely thank Zhik and Cash Money should hire more people like him with great customer service, critical thinking, and empathy. We customers, appreciate people like him. Salute! P.S. My sister asked him if he could please write his name down so we can call his manager to send our appreciation of his great service.

Had a good experience when I tried cash money. The worker didnt just shove papers in my face and tell me to sign, he actually took the time to explain what I was signing and the process of how it worked. Would use this place if i needed too again.
