I was so upset when my great-grandmothers glass pitcher was broken recently. Cascade fixed it for me - it turned out great! I'm so relieved that it can go back in its place in her china cabinet (that I also have) in the spot that has been in for almost 100 years. Reading a few of the other reviews, some say they are too expensive, but I totally disagree! What they do is something that takes a high degree of experience and it is an art form, and worth EVERY PENNY. Thank you Cascade!!

Cascade came to the rescue and replaced a rare crystal component of an antique family heirloom lamp. The task was not an easy one, but they did a fantastic job. Toronto is lucky to have a local business like this.
I've been using these experts for over 30 years. I have brought them every possible challenge in different types of glass, mirror and crystal. They have always delivered perfectly, and always had a reasonable price given the complexities.
Poor customer service and extremely expensive. Don’t support this business.
I had Cascade fix a badly damaged Depression glass Compote - they did an amazing job. They were clear that it would not be perfect before they started the job, but I could not be happier with the repair. Very personable and prompt to deal with - thank you Heather.
