As a first time customer I am thoroughly impressed by the caliber of this family owned facility. The staff is kind, upbeat and knowledgeable. They pay close attention to your record and preferences in order to serve you to the best of their ability each and every time. During this pandemic I’ve found it hard to schedule gym and pool reservations. But at Casa I’ve been able to schedule 4 days in a row with short notice. These girls work hard to make it happen for you. Every time I leave casa Del Sol I’m smiling and I feel good about myself! Thank you for a great experience !

I've been to Casa now to see Krysti for brow wax & tint, for tanning (of course) and now to see Tami for lash lift & tint (who was lovely, made me feel very comfortable & my lashes look great). Going in today to check out the Cocoon pod! Super excited. Only rated 4 stars, as you have to book tanning time over the phone, or while you're there & it can be difficult to catch someone at the desk, or get through on the phone sometimes, but otherwise, really have enjoyed the services so far, just wish they had more access to online booking

My nostril piercing had healed well for 7 months until Tami Bullock got ahold of it. I called Casa del Sol to book an appointment to get my nostril piercing changed from a stud to a hoop. I went in and Tami fiddled with it for 40 minutes, making it bleed from her attempts to shove the hoop and tapers through, until she got a genius idea to put the hoop in the other way and then pinch it shut and spin it around. Me, not being a piercing expert, thought that was an okay plan. I left without any instructions on how to care for my newly-bloodied nostril piercing. As the following week went on I was unsure of its healing progress (from the trauma of having the hoop put in) and I wasn’t able to rotate the hoop when I should have been able to. I called in to voice my concerns and I was asked to come in for an appointment and not made aware of the fee. The woman on the phone made it sound like it would be a complementary service because they actually cared about their customers and wanted me to be happy with the service. When I went in for the additional appointment I was told that my nostril piercing must have closed up and I would need it repierced AND that I would be charged 15 plus tax for this appointment even though nothing was solved and I was not made aware of this charge on the phone or prior to the appointment.
