I have been going to this branch for more than a year and the staff there are amazing, so friendly and honest. I always do face waxing or threading with Jackleen and she provides excellent service each time. All of them are so professional and organized.

I have been a member since a year. Even though with the small place they run and the noise Of the mall always being there when you are seated for your facials, And the slightly upped prices ( they have increased it, even more during the pandemic ) I have been going back to them for the fairly decent job they do. As we went into phase 3, the first thing I wanted To do was get my eyebrows cleaned and get them tinted ( the HD eyebrows)And have my upper lip waxed. So I got an appointment for 3pm on A Saturday ( never walk in here they are always short staffed) as I arrive the shutter is out and the lady is busy with another client it takes her 5 mins to come speak to me, after that she is unsure of the appointment and she is busy with another client so she sends another technician to come attend to me. Who then later tells me that the previous appointment is running 15 mins late and I should come back in 10- 15 mins. Ok I get back in 20 mins and they still aren’t ready and this time around they pretend to not notice I am standing there waiting for my appointment!!! Unapologetically they have me seated in at 3:25 and one technician tints my eyebrow and sends the other to wax!! Which was a disaster!!! I was burned in two places on my face bad.. the technician didn’t even apologize or inform me of the burns she gave me!! I tipped these guys, as I always do and due to the pandemic I wanted, not to be rude and hold up a tip! But as I got back home I was shocked to see the huge burns on my face!! I am not going back to them for sure and definitely not going to renew my membership. They were rude and very unprofessional in the way they handle the appointment!!!
DO NOT BUY PRE-PAID SERVICE FROM THESE CROOKS! They will NOT extend pre-PURCHASED pre-COVID vouchers. Vouchers that were PURCHASED...while you were closed for 5 MONTHS! Poor form. You've taken the money. Provide the service.
I try not to write bad reviews unless my experience was terrible, and this has to be the worst piercing experience I’ve ever had. I don’t have any allergies so picking out a set that was 50 after tax was more ideal than spending almost 100 for earrings. However, Instead of piercing my ears with the earrings I chose, they pierced it with a set that was close to 100 after tax. The lady who pierced my ears was nice and professional but it was her colleague who gave her the wrong earrings to pierce. Her colleague didn’t apologize to me either. Instead of comprising for their mistake, they took out the fresh piercing from my ears and repierced it with the earrings I wanted. This caused pain, and my ears were bleeding a lot, and this does NOT happen when I get piercings (I have had 5 piercings done previously). If you want to get your ears pierced here, make sure you double check that they are actually using the set you picked out so you don’t have to go through what I did, or be forced to pay a hefty amount of .
Had an amazing experience with Jac and her team! Had my eye lashes and eye brows tinted and they did a phenomenal job. I’d give 10 stars if I could and I highly recommend this team
