I loved the woman at the desk, I forgot her name due to my bad memory. She helped me get my second set of ear piercings and it didn't hurt at all. Very courteous, clean, and professional. Definitely will be coming back in the near future. :)

I did my ear piercing here and I loved the experience. I was somewhat stressed (I know, it's funny!) but Hayat (the lady who did it) was so patient that made the whole process easy. I loved the result, and if I ever wanna have another piercing, this place will be my go to! Highly recommended.

Their service is good for sure but things take much longer than they need to because they constantly stop mid-service to talk to others customers or to try and force products/services besides the one you came in for onto you. Super nice people & good quality but the amount of time it takes to get things done is a bit bizarre.

My little girl was so nervous about getting her ears peirced but the ladies in the shop were wonderful and sweet. Made it a fun experience! The environment was very clean and her ears are healing without any infection.

I loveeeee this place mostly because of shayra (I’m sorry if I didn’t spell your name right ️ ) I got my eyebrows wax done once at Rideau location with the manager himself only because I needed them done for an occasion and shayra wasn’t working that day... but unfortunately I really didn’t like it he’s a sweetheart but unfortunately didn’t get the shape right and took a lot of hair, I like them thick with a little bit of arch and he was done in like 5 min which showed me how less of attention he payed to detail . And I still payed for the service at the end even tho he clearly knew that I hated it . Anyway I really recommend shayra she’s the best , she knows what she’s doing and she take her time to do something that you’d really love trust me. Besides the staff there are sooooo friendly so it’s literally the best location in my opinion :)

I took my 6 month old daugher to get her ears pierced today Aug 5 2020. The ladies were so professional and safe as it is covid. It was so quick and easy that she didn't even cry.
