The manager is amazing and so sweet, I have never heard her swear in front of anyone, and the customer service is great. I think the other reviewers may have gone to a different OshKosh.

I agree with krish below, very poor service . I had a gift card and work perks to use but can’t get past Carolyn ‘s customer service to use it. No problems using it online tho. Perhaps a better model for this store is online. Won’t be returning .

Decent children's place, prices are reasonable, staff are cooperative, has many branches in town, dufferins one is a good one with variable goods.

Poor and rude customer service. There was promotion going on for 10 coupons for every 25 spent. i paid 2 bills worth of 33 and 46 with in 15 mins of time and received 2 coupons of 10 each. Asked the person at counter to consolidate both the bills. so that it comes to 79 dollars and I get 3 coupons. Person at bill counter became rude and said no. When i went to ask another employee at the store, it hurt her ego of person at bill counter and she turned really mad. Finally she said she is giving 3rd coupon out of courtesy.. It is my money spent and I don't expect any courtesy. I strongly recommend people to visit Carter's at other locations but not the one at square one mall. Customer service at this location doesn't have any ethics and egotist..

Very rude staff. The cashier is almost fighting when I showed her the coupon. She literally got into an argument shouting that the coupons are not acceptable without even trying. Left the merchandise there; bad experience not returning
