Had the experience to deal with Ken and Kelvin, very professional sales rep and manager. They understood my needs and met what I want without stepping in the dealership until I had to pick up my new vehicle. Due to Covid all the communications was through email and phone and the experience was pleasant. Not one bit I was pressure in the sale. If your in need of a new or used vehicle contact Kelvin or Ken.

Great service, awesome location. Only complaint was one service counter employee was wearing a shield instead of a mask. Shields are no longer allowed as they don’t prevent Covid infections, so the guy was pretty much maskless. If he was wearing a mask, it would have been 5 stars. Management needs to ensure he puts on a mask, or put him in a position where he doesn’t work with customers. It’s dangerous.

They helped me purchase my first car! I've been looking for a Honda Accord 2017 for a while now and I haven't been lucky and just never met my expectations. So I reached out to Honda Carter and asked if they could notify me if they receive an Accord that has no previous accidents, low mileage and in automatic transmission. They got back to me later that same day and mentioned an accord literally just got traded in! I checked it out the following day and test drove it. I knew it was the car I wanted, the color silver was my first choice, no accidents and only had 19k mileage in it! I ended up purchasing it and picking it up the following day. They made the whole process smooth, painless and made the buyer feel special. All their staff was very welcoming and helpful until the end. I would definitely recommend them!
