Just purchased a 2020 XT5 last Sunday. As soon as I arrived at the dealdership, I was greeted kindly at the door by their wonderful staff member. I had an appointment with Steve. Steve has been a wonderful, kind, patient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable salesman. Thank you Steve. (look forward to doing business with you again). Highly recommended. I have had a very pleasant time while deciding to have my deal done. No pressure buying environment, which is a bonus. The finance team was awesome. Heather went extra miles to get us into a great rate. She's very friendly, confident, and professional. Tom from Allwest insurance was very dedicate, enthusiastic, and professional as well. He explained in details every pros and cons of each ICBC add-ons. The entire trading-in, and purchasing a new vehicle was overall very pleasuring. PS: update my review since the Manager gave me a reasonable explanation as of why the rubber mat isn’t equipped with the vehicle. This simply shows how much they care and value their customers and all the feedback. Thank you.

I was definitely most impressed by the service provided by the receptionist who took my appointment booking, by Mike, the most courteous service receptionist, who was attentive to my concerns, promptly had the problem diagnosed and gave a full report of the findings, He provided me with an accurate quote to fix the problems and I was especially appreciative of the very clear and honest recommendations he gave me for what to address. The service was completed efficiently and even ahead of the expected time. I will certainly return to Carter for future servicing. Thank you.

Purchased a 2020 GMC Canyon Denali from here in April 2020. Staff is very nice to deal with. No Pressure from sales individuals and they actually listen to what you're looking for. Their service and repair team as well as their customer service members are incredible. I am so happy with how both me and my vehicle are treated here. I used to own Ford vehicles prior to switching to GM, and there's many reason I stopped purchasing from Ford. GM has everything I'm looking for to be a happy and loyal customer. Please keep in mind that the vehicle service team only works Monday to Friday, and not on weekends.
