Dishonest, they used broken and wrong rusted junk yard parts , and lousy job scammers. They performed reparations that were not part of the insurance claim without my authorization and persuade me to pay them. First visit was amazing. A week later they returned my "repaired car", and the nightmare started. I had to come back 3 times, since parts in the suspension were falling apart, literally. They also claimed car had been aligned, which was all a lie. They made me skipped those days at work, since I had to wait each time for fixing their lousy reparation. The manager or sales representative was even sarcastic at me knowing he was screwing me in my face. They confuse politeness with weakness. I ended up taking my car to another shop after multiple fails. There, they discovered wrong and broken parts that are crucial poorly installed and alignment completely off as per manufacturer specs. Parts were replace properly with new ones (which should have been done since the beginning as they were suspension bushes and mounts, and they cannot be reused when damaged. It's like trying to replace your break pads with junk yard break pads. It is just hilarious what these guys are capable of). As a side note, I specifically remember the young technician being told to re-grease the bushes that were shot. I never saw them using a torque wrench to torque crucial parts as per manufacturer directions. And yes, after the second visit, I requested to go to the back to see their mediocre job done. They are a complete joke. Save yourself a headache, specially if you have a high end car.

The service isn't great to be honest. They barely answer their phone and it always seems like you bothered them whenever you ask a question. They can't give you a proper time frame for the reparations. Even though they are a certified garaged from the insurance company, I would never go back there!

Not able to give you a time frame for your repairs. They do any thing to get the inssurance money once they have it they dont care about what u said happend in the accident they go with what they can fix and what ever they cant fix they tell inssurance it s not related to the accident probleme

Went there just once for my car. They fixed some scratch perfectly. Prices were the best I got. They were very clear in their explanations.

Very good service, not afraid to try non standard parts (bumpers of different years of the same car) which other garages were not willing to get into. Service was very good, for a decent price.
