I had my car done here in May. When I picked it up, everything seemed fine, but it was raining so I didn't check it as closely as I maybe should have. Fast forward a few weeks, the business I work for permanently shut its doors due to the pandemic and I make the hasty decision of moving back home to Ontario before next months rent is due. This also entails having to very quickly sell my car. I quickly list it for a low price and within a few days have a buyer coming from Calgary. The weather was going to be nice too, so I take it for a wash, and notice it doesn't look as shiney as it did when I picked it up. I get the bright idea to see if wax will make it look a little nicer. The wax only made it look worse and it's like it's stuck in a bunch of tiny holes or something. I really have no idea what's going on, but it doesn't look good at all. Long story short, because of the time crunch I had to sell it for even less, and the lifetime warranty that's offered is non transferrable (understandable). This experience left a very sour taste in my mouth, I should expect my car to look as good or better than before my accident, and it ended up looking wors . Someone told me that the paint maybe didn't dry right and that's why it looked good when I picked it up. Regardless, I advise everyone to keep a close eye on their vehicles after picking up .

I was helped here by Mark, and he was absolutely amazing!!! He explained everything for me and took the time to ask me how I was doing after my accident. My car was done in 5 days, and they gave it back to me looking brand new. If I ever need car repairs again, I will be coming back here for sure! Thanks again Mark!
Carstar Ellerslie was great! The appraisal process was quick and to the point and they were able to fit our car in within the week. They were very quick to respond to emails and made the process fast and painless. They told us they would have it for 2 days but they managed to get it back to us even sooner and it looks great. They also cleaned it for us to keep it looking fantastic! Would definitely recommend.
