On Aug 24/20 I took my vehicle in to O'Connor Dodge with what I suspected was a coolant reservoir leak or worse, a leak in the radiator. It turns out I had no luck and it was the radiator. I received a quote from them for 1071 for a Chrysler OEM or 971-ish for a Lordco radiator. I told them to go ahead. After I hung up I started to think that seems like an awful lot of coin for a radiator and decided to call a few others. One other local auto repair shop quoted 650 all-in and Carstar quoted 508 all-in. I've dealt with Manager, Ted Schindle on a previous occasion for when some a-hole keyed my car. I had them do the body work and it turned out fantastic! The quote from O'Connor was 100% higher than anyone else. I understand a car dealer has higher overhead costs but twice as much as any of their competitors??? As well, Schindle tells me the after-market radiator has a lifetime warranty as opposed to a 2 year warranty with Chrysler. It turned out there was a couple of other things not initially quoted by Carstar such as the fresh coolant and they needed to recharge the air conditioning system because you apparently can't get to the radiator without disconnecting the AC. - or something like that. That said, their \all-in\ cost was 650 (matching the other competitor's quote). All-in-all I find Schindle to be not a man of many words but VERY HELPFUL, pleasant to deal with and FAIR in terms of pricing. It's needless to say who I didn't have do the job and who I did have to the job and that was - Carstar/Chilliwack. They even washed my car to boot!! I CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY OF YOUR BODY SHOP NEEDS AND FOR ANY OTHER BASIC REPAIRS YOUR CAR MAY NEED TOO!

Our car was involved in a hit and run while it was parked on the street so we took it in to get looked at and file a claim through ICBC. While the car was there they gave us a loaner car which was really helpful. They gave good service and even after we found out that ICBC was writing off our car, they still let us keep the loaner car for an extra day even though they weren’t going to be doing any work on our car after all. When they do work on peoples cars they give you a plush teddy that says their logo on it but they gave us one anyway even though they didn’t do any work on the car which I gave to my 10 month old and he loves it. I would definitely go back and recommend anyone that has body work to go here. 5/5 stars!

Good service. Quick repair very well done. Reasonable cost. Previously, had car repair and paint done here and was most pleased. Recommend. Would go back again. Counter plexiglassed Covid proofed, and staff had masks as well. Good parking area.
