First off, I'm located in Texas, US. I purchased equipment from these guys and the whole process was painless. They had no problem drop-shipping a package out to our programmer on the West Coast. 3 Months later I had an issue with the unit i bought. My equipment was not running and production time was being wasted. (turns out it was fine, we were just locked out of it and didn't realize it). They went ABOVE and BEYOND with a couple of troubleshooting steps, and now we are back up and running at full capacity. TOP NOTCH PERSONNEL. A Would recommend Carremm Controls to anyone local or even down in the U.S. for any type of industrial controls or industrial furnace/heating equipment.
