It's a good place to shop but there's some stories that need help in customer service big time some times I wish I could be a secret shopper
Awful parking situation! They must hire an attendant and have traffic flow better. Between 10am and 4pm traffic backed up on to Trafalgar and you can't turn into the highway close by since all cars are lined up in that lane. I strongly suggest carpooling, since it's not worth the aggravation. They should get a shuttle bus even in winter!
Its chaos. But you can find parking. At this moment most of the parking area are closed due to Covid-19
