Dev and his team are the epitome of professionalism and knowledge. I just had a new system installed with them in my 2017 Rogue and the difference is mind blowing, literally! Dev helped us pick out the perfect head unit and subs for my car and his team did an amazing job installing everything cleanly and fast! They showed us how to set the EQ for the type of music we like and I could not be any happier right now. My neighbors are going to hate me! Thank you Dev and everyone at CarPhonix! The job was done, but not complete, some corners were cut, which causes some safety concerns. I had a new head unit installed and the mounting brackets that came with the head unit were not installed, the head unit was just basically sitting in the dash. This could have caused damage to the unit from movement - going over bumps etcetera - not to mention what would have happened if I were to be rear-ended and that head unit were to come flying out at myself, my wife, or my kids. When I tried to get them to fix it and install it properly they told me they didn’t have time for me and I would have to reschedule another appointment. I am very busy, I am working full time, taking care of a family, and completing my Masters degree so time is very precious to me at the moment; which is why I paid almost 550 for an install I could have done myself, if I had the time. I have been installing my own car stereos since I was a kid, I still consider myself an amateur, and I would never cut corners like this. Needless to say, I installed the brackets myself in about five minutes. When you pay good money for something you expect it done right, especially from a business that totes themselves as car audio experts. Cutting corners, not making five minutes of time for a payed customer to correct your wrong is just bad business as far as I am concerned. Tell me I am wrong! They were friendly, and fast. I just wish they were a little more professional and put a little more care into their work. I may or may not return, it depends on how they conduct themselves and if they are humble enough to take responsibility for their mistakes. The brackets were with the new head unit because it was in the unopened box. When I got the factory head unit back in the box the new head unit came in, the brackets were in there still in the unopened plastic bag. Please don’t try to say that the brackets were not with the new head unit when you received it because they 110% were there.
