Thank you Carpet Cleaning 360! I wasn't sure my carpet was salvageable after our puppy was ill and had a few accidents. Matt listened to our situation and very confidently & professionally explained the products he would use and the process. I am so glad I took his advice. Now all my carpets look great and smell fresh. He was also able to work around our family schedule and came on time and was able to finish the job in the agreed upon timeline. It was my first professional carpet cleaning job and I was very happy. I would certainly recommend Carpet Cleaning 360 services and my puppy is very relieved that solutions can be found.

We recently used Matt from Carpet Cleaning 360 to clean the carpets in the back two bedrooms in our house and living room (pretty much everywhere our animals love to be!). Matt was courteous, clean, responsive, and worked around our schedule to come at a time that worked for us. When he arrived, we found him professional and far more thorough than any other carpet cleaning service we have hired. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.
