Easy to use website. Great customer service when I needed help locating a plant not listed. Free and no hassle delivery. I regret not finding them sooner but thanks to Paramount I was able to replace the hedges put in by a lawn care company that died in their first year. Paramount's plants are still healthy and growing well. Really enjoyed the personal touch of getting a nifty mug left at my door. I definitely plan to purchase from them again.

Amazing experience. This was my first time buying plants online, and it was way easier than I thought it would be. I will not go back to driving to nurseries and hauling my own plants home! The website is very well organized and easy to use, and the plants arrived right on time (even in the pouring rain) and in amazing shape. Extremely positive experience, all around!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Paramount delivered the best quality plants I have ever received with quick (and FREE) delivery. A few days after my plants were delivered, I received a beautiful mug at my door as a thank you for my order.
