This company was referred to me by a friend and I'm glad he did. I've used other companies before, but no one as knowledgable as Patrick. He can pinpoint issues like no other and is prompt, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

My 7 year old AC unit stopped working and I called a number of HVAC service providers and their answer was all the same... we are overwhelmed with calls and the earliest we can see you is in 5 to 7 days! I explained what I issue was but the answer didn't change. Not what you want to hear when you are roasting in 30 C weather. I called Caron Heating and Cooling and spoke with Patrick and explained the issue, he told me that he thought the solution could be resolved quickly and could fit me in later the same day! To my surprise, Patrick arrived a short time later and within 15 minutes the problem was resolved and the system operational. The icing on the cake was the cost for the service call and replacement parts was less than just the service calls alone quoted by most of the other service providers I call earlier that day. I would without a doubt recommend that you call Patrick and his team at Caron Heating & Cooling for any and all of your heating or cooling needs. Our furnace broke down suddenly. Patrick was there within a day to diagnose the problem, and within 2 weeks we had a new furnace. We called at least 7-8 HVAC companies and Patrick was offering the 2nd lowest rate, but what sealed the deal was the 10 parts and LABOUR warranty, something that we couldn't find in any of other companies. When the time comes, we'll be sure to get an AC from them!

Very impressed with the work and response time of Patrick and the team at Caron. We had a heat pump issue and it was easy to book an appointment, get the service needed, with on the spot payment option. Would highly recommend.

Although the repairman was late , he did call and explain and gave us options for rescheduling. He did come later in the day and completed the work quickly. He also gave us an honest opinion on the remaining life of our furnace.
