Tried to get an order of firewood. After over a month of being told we would get a call each weekend, my wife called to narrow down a delivery time so we weren't waiting around every weekend. The person who took the call hung up on my wife. Very disappointed with the service and we have cancelled our order.

I've called several times trying to get a wood delivery, they always miss their delivery appointment with no follow up. They are poorly responsive, I'm going to have to get my wood elsewhere.

No one followed up with an estimate. I contacted the business 3 separate times with which I was advised an estimator come to my house or call me back. I never did get any follow-up, and when I did it was only because I reached out to them to inquire. The office was polite with responding however I would have appreciated them tell me that they are too busy and cannot accommodate (if this is the case) vs having a potential customer be left in the dark and go elsewhere (having no confidence in their customer service ability). I live in the area and this is not good for their reputation or our community!

The quality of the wood has decreased over three deliveries of two face cords each. The last 2 face cords are covered in what seems like \dirt\ but hard to clean off. I wonder if some of the contamination is tar, paving related. A volume, 1.5'x6', is splinters containing rotten pieces, also covered in \dirt\. Many of the logs are very old and rotten. Not suitable for a fireplace. Possibly for an outdoor furnace - but just. Look for another supplier.
