Very pleasant shopping experience today. I was looking for the start of a new wardrobe, and a very pleasant young lady helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Nice to see younger people with such a nice personality and helpful attitude. Very organized and clean store. Kudos to the store manager. Thank you!

Unpleasant staff member who was not nice about the clothing limit of trying on three things. Did not smile, did not ask if we needed help, she just followed us around the store and kept commenting on what my son and I were saying to each other. She was watching us to make sure he didn't try on any more T-shirts (over his clothes, not in dressing room) because he had reached his limit of 3 items to try on and she didn't trust us the adhere to the limit. I totally understand the reasons for the limit and we were not going to go against it, but she made us feel like suspected criminals. We bought a few things, and went to Mark's in Nepean the next day and they were so helpful and friendly. Same rules, different attitude, great customer service there.

Store is clean and staff are nice. If you are looking for any work wear I’d go somewhere else. Unless you are a XXL and have some luck you might get the work clothing you need.
I had to return a pair of boots. The young lad behind the counter was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would say a good salesman as well. I bought a upgraded pair and some socks. Highly recommended.
