I feel like I've been living a lie eating sausage from other places. Won't be buying anywhere else from now on. Got the BBQ Pack. More bang for your buck and best quality around. Sandwich meats are A too.
I would get my meat here over any grocery store. It's Clean, affordable, well kept, and so many delicious options. Burgers were a hit, absolutely love the back bacon & the pepperoni sticks were out of this world. 10/10 will be repeat customers. Thank you for such great service!

Grumpy old guy? I would call him an interesting old-fashioned character butcher, German accent...the whole bit...like going back in time. We have been using his roast beef and smoked meat in our restaurant for decades. When you go into his shop it is really an experience unlike buying meat in a chain store.
