Never again! Worst shipping company on the planet. Stay away. Every car dealer will warn you. I was warned but did not listen because they are cheap. Better to pay more and deliver car safely with different company. The 5 star review all fake!!! Hidden fees, no communication about car until it is in port, car came with someone elses tires and scratched side. No refund and resolution.

We used this company to ship my father's antique vehicle to Europe. I wish we did more research and found these reviews beforehand. The vehicle arrived not only with severe damages but also with another set of tires in it. We also had to pay a fee for putting the tires back on, which the company never mentioned. It was 50 euros extra. When I tried to get at least a partial refund, the company sent me to \my lawyer\ or \insurance company\. They also quickly became very hostile. Now we are left with the cost the fix the vehicle and my father is extremely upset. I also believe the positive reviews must be from the company staff themselves. Everywhere I took, people say the vehicles were damaged, there were extra fees and the customer service was extremely rude. Please note that you can file a complain with the Ontario Ministry of Government online to report this business. It's very fast and easy. I highly recommend all Canadian customers that had experience similar to mine do it.
