Thank you so much for an amazing service. I couldn’t find a copy of my report, Rob kindly emailed it to me in less than an hour. Their prices are great and the staff is friendly and nice. I did an out of province inspection, was charged only 40 vs over 120-130 with other auto repairs. HIGHLY recommend!

Rob is nothing short of a shister. I should of known when he said he does all the repairs for the RCMP Detachment next door. Hi is aliar , a cheat and a thief.I have a bill and a story that I reported to both the BBB and ICBC as he asked me to be part of an Insurance scam
Be aware of this scammers. Charge you double the price than other place. Do not fix your car if you want to save your money.

Do not take your vehicle to Carfix BC !!!!! I brought my car in for a wheel alignment check, where I informed the attendant and mechanic TWICE to be careful with my car and front bumper. I was acknowledged and told yes they would. Upon completion of the car, when approaching it in the parking lot I noticed the left side of the front of my car was damaged. I brought it to the mechanic and attendant’s attention and I was assured that I would be contacted regarding repairing the damage. Nobody called, so I called to check what is the position. The manager Shaun Haussmann asked me for pics of the damage. This raised suspicion as the attendant already took pics of the damage and told me he would pass on to his manager. I sent the pics and was told they would call me back. Once again nobody called, so I called back. I was then told that they cannot see where that damage could’ve been done to the car on their property. This is non-sense as the car was test driven TWICE on the public road. The manager then told me that I should go make a claim to ICBC and let them investigate. NEVER will they see any of my vehicles. I would never recommend them to anyone. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! They are owned by @Bigotires. CarfixBC @bigotires
