I specifically ordered One Step wipes from you because that is what you advertised on your site. Otherwise, I would not have ordered it. One step wipes are already on the government list as approved. The unknown brand you sent me has an odd smell to it and less alcoholic smell than the One Step brand. This package also has no details...where it was made, and what it consists of besides 70% stamped on the package. I do not recommend buying this to anyone who thinks they will actually be getting One Step. I had put actual 70% alcohol on a paper towel and it still smells like alcohol unlike whatever this is that you sold to me for over 80.

Outstanding! This company has taken my mom to and from a day program, 3 times a week for almost 2 years. The drivers are so kind, friendly and cheerful. They have almost always arrived within the expected time frame and when they are running late or early, have always let us know.
Terrible business, vehicles in need of major repair, broken windshields, van doors that don't open, smoke stink, slipping transmissions, drivers are a disposable commodity here. terrible pay. just use the drivers then fire them and hire someone new. (that's why the back of their cars say \Always Hiring\ made up excuses by company office manager, Wendy, openly discuss personal business of employees heard it all especially on Friday afternoon socials.. don't work here. Don't believe what their web page says, they don't care about the safety of our seniors, only the money. obviously the next comment missed the boat. I am a current driver here. The problem is the lack of maintenance of the vehicles that transport the elderly. What happens when a car breaks down in the middle of the intersection with 3 people in it? I work here out of necessity. The drivers do care about the seniors that's why they stick around.
On July 26th I used the services of Care For a Ride and would certainly recommend the whole experience to everyone. The drivers I had were wonderful and also the people who answered the phone were excellent. It was a great experience .
The previous comment is obviously from a disgruntled employee who probably had no business working with with seniors in the first place. This is one of the best companies I have ever seen in my life! They created a much needed service that help seniors get around with such love and compassion! They're employes are such loving and compassionate people who love their job and put their hearts into it every time they are out there(with the exception of the previous comment/employee shame on this person). I worked for this company and I can assure you they are great people and run a great business!! Keep up the good work.
