The customer service given by Cardinal Kia was above and beyond. Not only did we receive the highest respect but the care put into the attention to us as a customer was phenomenal. Even coming from hours away to buy the vehicle was no problem as we were taken care of by the dealership in all respects and more. I was given a contact number to ask any questions and was responded to quickly. Any issues with the vehicle were taken care of and above minimal standard. There was never any pressure to purchase extras. The paperwork process was quick and easy and completely stress free. The pricing was exceptional and fair. Even after the sale was complete the follow up was genuine and caring. I would highly recommend dealing with Cardinal Kia of Niagara Falls to anyone looking for the right experience for buying a vehicle. They will treat you right and make sure you get what you want for the right price. I will buy future vehicles from them as well as sending any friends and family to see them for their vehicle purchases.

I had a fantastic experience buying a new car from Cardinal Kia. I purchased my vehicle online and the process was very smooth. I would recommend the process without hesitation. We found a used car in tip-top shape at a fair price. We have bought/replaced vehicles for 45 years and have never experienced the outstanding customer service and care that we went through during this vehicle purchase. We called to inquire about a vehicle and Rana spent 20 plus minutes finding out and answering all our questions. To our surprise, we learned that she is not in sales but rather in the finance department and decided to help us the best she could until a sales associate was available. We asked for some specific pictures of the vehicle and Rana said she would have Tim in Sales send us the pictures. Tim sent the pictures in short time and assisted with all our questions. We went to Cardinal Kia to view the car and test drive. Tim was very helpful, up-front and cordial. Tim passed us on to Igor who clearly explained the details and steps for completing the purchase. Igor made the financial buying process smooth, he even spent time helping us understand the various features and operation of the vehicle when we went to pick it up. When we decided to purchase the vehicle we had more questions. We were passed on to the General Mgr Matt. He addressed all our questions and was amazing to deal with. Again incredible honesty, transparency and customer service, not to mention his patience ;\u003e). We cannot say enough about Matt’s attention, thoroughness, knowledge and help throughout the buying experience. Never met the dealership Principals but kudos to you and your outstanding team. I suspect the philosophy of superb customer service permeates Cardinal Kia because the philosophy is likely supported from the top down. We rarely give reviews but we were so surprised by the customer service experience that we do not hesitate to recommend Cardinal Kia to friends and family. Incredible customer service, positive sales experience, fair prices, honest and transparent, friendly, and they go above and beyond to help.
