I've seen multiple stylists here and have yet to leave not loving my hair! For the service they provide the prices are reasonable. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome!

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair coloured & cut at Carbon. They have re-opened since COVID closures with excellent safety measures in place. Everything is very clean, distanced, and signage is good. They have spaced appointments apart to ensure client safety, which is I'm sure a difficult but necessary measure. My hair looks fantastic, much thanks to Cynthia. I also was happy that they are blow-drying (which to me, is not a concern- we are all in masks!) as the majority of the fine haircut work is done dry.
As one of the first customers when it opened, I have been a fan since day 1. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always attending courses to up their game. I drive in from Hamilton because no place (well more specifically no hairdresser) even compares. I get compliments on my hair constantly. Even sometimes months later people think I have just been!
Amazing experience at this salon and loved my hair done by Jacob! I felt very safe in the salon with all the COVID precautionary measures and yet still felt pampered. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for professional and friendly service.
My kid refused 4 stylist to touch his hair , here he was convinced to let a stylist do his hair. For me finally a professional team that do great job
