Amazing after-sales service! After my battery died, the phone app for my remote starter stopped working. CSI reprogrammed it at no extra charge, a year after installation. Great business!

Had two remote starters purchased from and installed by Car Systems Installation. Both were installed and work problem free. I recently returned to have them install an aftermarket head unit in my car. Once again it seems that the item is installed and works without issue. My complaint is that their customer service could be much better. It seems as if they do not like you asking questions to educate yourself on the product before purchase. One guy interacts with me (the paying customer) as if I'm a nuisance. That alone is not enough for me to give an unfavorable review. My gripe is that if you remove my original factory head unit and a clasp breaks off, instead of not mentioning it, you may try bringing it to the customers attention next time. Who knows, I may want to reinstall the factory unit in the future.
I had Ron to install the car starter before the winter since a month ago, absolutely love it! It works well, price is decent. They are professional, I would recommend to everyone if you need the service.
I was searching for a remote auto starter for my wife for Christmas and really wasn't sure who to call. Almost nobody wants to touch Audi electronic system include \u200bAudi dealer ship - no solution for Remote Starter in Audi car from Audi dealer. Ron and his team did the job with high professional knowledge. Ron knew exactly what should be done to make it works without any future issues. Highly professional and patient team! Lounge room is very comfortable with WiFi and coffe that I didn't feel like I waited for almos 5 hours. Ron and his team were a pleasure to work with you guys!
