Took my Lincoln car in for a recall and they had to do an alignment, I had taken the car back 3 times and told them that the car did not drive the same way as it did before. Each time they said they made adjustments and it was all good. I went to a Fountain Tire a couple of weeks later and asked them to look at my alignment. They found the alignment was out and they adjusted it. The technician went for a ride with me after and the car drove just like it did when it was new. Very disappointed with the dealership service department. I will take my car elsewhere for service.
On our annual trip from Calgary to Thunder bay we stopped in with our Lincoln for service. Service took too long , car was not cleaned, and staff was very short with us. The Lincoln dealer in Regina which we have stopped at was 100 times better to deal with. We won't be back to the Winnipeg location.
I purchased my Lincoln form Capital and sales were great, unfortunately that's where things stop. I had dropped off my vehicle in for service for a noise while driving. Now I understand that they need to road test my vehicle, but THEY DO NOT NEED TO TAKE MY VEHICLE THROUGH THE MCDONALDS DRIVE THRU FOR LUNCH. WHEN I PICKED IT UP THERE WERE 2 FRENCH FRIES ON MY PASSENGER FLOOR AND A MCDONALDS NAPKIN. IT TOOK 2 WEEKS FOR ME TO GET THE SMELL OF FAST FOOD OUT OF MY VEHICLE WITH AIR FRESHENERS. AS A VEGAN I AM EXTREEMLY DISCUSTED WITH THIS AND WILL NOT RETURN. I DIDN;T EVEN WANT TO GIVE 1 STAR BUT GOOGLE FORCES ME TO.
As always, great store and great service. No issues.
Roxanne, Rej and Nicole always take great care of me and my Lincoln MKC. Although there have been a couple hiccups, they always do their best to make it right which I very much appreciate.
