We recently moved into a new house and the garage door was broken. I called Gord and he came out that same day! There was a missing part that was needed and due to Covid it took a bit of time but right when he received it, he called me and was here in 10 minutes. Fixed the door and gave some great advice on how to to make the garage safer and warmer. Super friendly and would recommend to anyone! Thanks Gord!

Amazing, quick, efficient and very professional service. This guy really knows his work. Every time that I left a message, he called me back immediately. After trying, the best way that I could, to describe the problem with the garage opener, at first, he told me how I could try to fix the problem myself. I thought that was great since I knew then that he wasn't in the business of just ripping me off. Once I couldn't fix it by myself, but rather discovered the real source of the problem, he scheduled an appointment the very next day to fix it. He gave me addition advice on the maintenance of the door which was not part of the reason for his consultation. Above and beyond service! Finally, after repairing the problem like a pro, he said that the garage door opener had been very well installed which told me again that he was not in the business of trying to sell products that I did not need. I appreciated his professionnalism, his honesty and his respectful matters. I would highly recommend this business for garage opener installations and for repairs.
Great service! So friendly and efficient I was really impressed with how quickly Gord was able to come and complete the job especially because he took the time to fit us in at the last minute. Would definitely recommend.
Gord was incredibly helpful and efficient and gave us great advice on what to buy or not buy if getting our own opener for him to install. His prices were very reasonable and he came the next day to install quickly no muss no fuss and a lesson on how to use it. He even gave my neighbour advice on his!! Capital Door Service is the best in the business! They will install your new garage door and opener perfectly, the first time out, and follow up with fast, friendly warranty service. ( Rarely required!) They stand behind their work 100%. I have used their services several times and have never been disappointed.
Gord was thorough, explaining what needed to be done to meet safety codes for my garage door opener installation and referring me to a great electrician. He completed the opener installation in one hour as promised and guided me on proper door maintenance. He had also fixed a spring problem for me six years ago to my complete satisfaction. I wouldn't use anyone else.
I have used Capital Door Service for garage door servicing on several occasions, as recently as January 7, 2021 to replace snapped cable that made my garage door inoperative.
