Went here with my little one to see the jumping salmons. They've made a salmon ladder through the museum for the fishes to take a detour from the main river and give visitors an amazing experience. Will definitely recommend going here. The trails are nice too. We did the Coho trail. Pretty mild even for a 4 year old. All the best.

Feeling like to take a stroll in the old growth forest? This tail is for you! A very easy walk to take you along the Cap river and to almost the base of the dam. Take loads of fresh air in to clean out your lungs while enjoy the towering trees will certain refresh your mind and soul.

Great spot to bring the kids and learn about the life cycle of salmon and their spawning habits. Lots to see and nice trails for walking nearby.

We like this place. Free entrance to watch salmons. You can walk around to see the scenic capilano river.

Great place to see salmon running if it's the season. You can't see the hatchery tanks with the little fish in it though. They do have aquariums with a couple of small fish on display. Great hiking trails from here. Love it cause it's free.

A local gem. I love coming here with my family. Not only is the park great for hiking, but the river is also stunning. The hatchery is a great place to learn about fishing here on the coast, and at the right times of the year, you can see these fish in the hatchery.

I went there with my environmental protection technology class and I had no idea that this little gem existed. Parking was free and it was easy to spend a couple of hours wandering through the trails that surround it. The real treat was seeing the fish through glass swimming up the fish ladder. Great place for kids and adults. Lots of hiking and it's not to to much of a challenge. I can't wait to go back!
