Brought in my snowblower looking for a repair estimate as only one wheel would turn. After receiving the repair estimate I decided it was not worth the money to repair as the machine was quite old and the mechanic offered to buy the machine from me for cheap to take it off my hands. I turned it down as i intended to continue using my machine (though it only had one working wheel) for the rest of the season. After paying the estimate fee, I turn on the snowblower and now the wheels don't work at all. I opened up the box and found that the mechanic din't even put it back together correctly leaving it unusable. When I asked him about it he said since i wasn't paying for the full repairs or selling it to him it was not worth his time he would have had to charge me extra labor to put it back together properly. This is bordering on unethical. So no, I do not recommend this business. During my dealings with them they were impossible to reach on the phone for updates, they returned my machine in worse condition than it had started in, and I noticed very high price markups on replacement parts compared to what the parts cost online.
