I ordered a desk from Amazon. The driver knocked on my door and asked if I could help lift it to the house from the truck. I am a female 66 yrs old . I tried but couldn't lift it. He had a dolly but said the desk was too big. He left it on the curb and I had to ask a friend to come over to lift it. My friend is 56 yrs old. He managed to get it into the house. Then we both managed to get it upstairs. For God's sake your a courier company. Do your job

Pushrod Performance Cycle

COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE COURIER! I had a notification from the supplier that delivery would occur on Tuesday. Typically, Canada Post delivers for them but this time they used Canpar. Canpar tried to deliver on Monday when we are closed. (tracking notes verify this \Closed - business\). Thinking that they are like other couriers and would try again within the following day or two I waited. NOTHING. So I called customer service who told me who I was based on the tracking number (this is good) but then ask if I am a business (obviously). He then said that I should have made the supplier make a note to them that I was a business and am closed on Monday. I stated that seeing as it is now Thursday that point is neither here nor there, where is my package? He asked me my name (which he told me who I was just a moment ago) and my phone number he said he would speak to \operations.\ After a 5 minute hold he came back and stated my package will be delivered Friday. My package Friday morning arrived and well, a picture says 1000 words. Edit: The photo won't load, nut the box is completely destroyed on one side. Driver says, \But you can check - everything is in there.\ So it appears if you do not call them, they will not try again, and they make no other effort to get the package either to you or back to the supplier it was from. Nor do they care the state the package is in when it arrives on your doorstep. I'm placing a call to my supplier to make sure they never use Canpar again or I will not be placing any further orders with them.

It is worst service ever!!! I have had a lot of problems with this service. First they left my package at the front of the building on the sidewalk, I am at the back of the building I had no idea that the parcel had been delivered until I received the email that it was left at the front door!!! I don't have a front door. Last time, which was yesterday they delivered my package to the wrong location. I received an email that it had been delivered I looked everywhere for it. Then I tried the tracking # and it showed it was delivered at the wrong location and somebody actually signed for it. I haven't been able to get through to Canpar, their telephone lines always busy, no email address and no one on the Chat Line?? Unbelievable.......

If I could give a zero I would! The WORST service ever!!! The worst drivers and customer service I have ever seen! I don't know how anything gets anywhere! I have been on hold now for 1 hour and 20 minutes and have waited on live chat for over 2 hours! I can't believe that you're still in business at all! This is by far the worst company that has ever existed! Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Got call from driver 2.45 pm to get my package from the car, when I got outside 2.54 pm driver already left... Right now I am on the phone waiting for the support answer already 1 hour and 10 minutes waiting on hold. Worst experience ever!
