Had a Very nice time and they did manage to bring us with a shuttle even if they where fully booked. Really appreciated their services. The river is very nice and quiet. I hightly recommand this place.

We were supposed to start kayaking at 10:00 am but they did not have enough kayaks for our party of 6 even though we had a reservation. We waited 1 hour and 15 min until we got all our kayaks. So we departed at 11:15 instead of 10:00. We did not make a scene nor we complained, we were just happy to start our excursion. OBVIOUSLY we arrived at the destination exactly 1:15 min after our ETA. When we got there we got yelled by a extremely rude lady because we where “late” and other customers had been waiting 1 hour for their kayaks. This lady yelled at my entire family including the kids in an extremely loud and rude tone in front of everyone. It was their own fault and lack of organization that got us late in the first place. It was a really bad way to end our day and our excursion. It ruined our mood and we are not using their service anymore. There are plenty of more services around the area who hopefully are more organized and can provide a decent customer service.

Loved the experience! Beautiful views except for the part that's close to the dirt bikes track! It gets so dusty and noisy around there
