staff are under trained and rude. one of the smaller stores in town, the staff were not friendly and did not greet me when i walked in like many other places. other dispensaries have a 5 person limit while canna only allows two people in at a time, i waited outside to be served and 2 people walked in while i was waiting outside, there were 2 people already in there and the staff seemed to not care about monitoring their store so i walked in and immediately got sent outside while the cashier served the 4 people currently in there even though i had been waiting to get in for about 10 minutes. i ended up leaving and going somewhere they were actually able to provide service and answer the questions that i had while being respectful. i would never recommend this place to anybody

Wow. Great great customer service! The guys were down to earth, interactive, and instantly caught on to my vibe and personality. I used the location previously before they had cannabis, they had some great bongs/pipes/cleaners, detox drinks too! Now they have a smaller selection in those products, the store is completely renovated and looks amazing. Big selection on cannabis and product was cheaper too! Worth a visit and I will be back!

We tried Canna Cabana today off of a recommendation from a friend about their cheap prices and wide selection. It was a great experience. Particularly Doug was a real treat. He was very knowledgable and friendly. Off of this one experience he has turned Canna Cabana into our main shop.
