Easy access to the town Nice rooms with excellent steam shower feature; nice and clean The halls can be loud-hearing across neighbours...but we were lucky to not have an issue. Had a power outage that was out of anyone's control & was handled as promptly as possible. Would definitely stay again

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit for three nights and it worked well enough for our family of 4. The room/unit itself (342) was showing a fair bit of wear and tear with heavily damaged/worn flooring and living room furniture that had seen better days which is not what I have come to expect from my stays at other Bellstar properties. Despite the supposed extra cleaning in place with COVID the unit was frankly not all that clean in general. The main bathroom shower enclosure had build up in the corners and mildew developing on the caulking. The outside of the enclosure had lots of splash marks on the side adjacent to the toilet so you can guess where that came from. My daughter spilled some water on the floor of the dining area and a quick wipe with a paper towel had the towel showing significant dirt from the floor. The underground parking is a nice feature but as others have mentioned it is tight. The pool was closed which we were aware of when we booked but it would have been nice to perhaps have a reservation system for a short pool visit like many other hotels have been doing. On the plus side the balcony was decently sized and the private BBQ was in good shape/good quality.
Nice, quiet room, parking is a bit of a challenge for a larger truck owner but overall a very nice stay.
When we first arrived we were disappointed with how our room smelled like smoke. The front desk was able to get us into a different room right away. We booked through Hotels.com and didn't realize there was a difference in bookings for a room with a view and one without. We ended up on the first floor and had a very disappointing view of the building beside us. The staff worked as hard as they could to accommodate us. Once we got over this disappointment we were able to appreciate all of the wonderful amenities. The pool was closed because of COVID but the jetted tub and steam showers helped make up for that. We loved that we had a BBQ, dishwasher, and washing machine and dryer. Underground parking is always lovely in winter and the master bathroom with ensuite was definitely a welcome indulgence. PLUS cemetery hill is an easy walk away. We could walk to and from the hill.
The standard hotel rooms are not ideal to work there in not enough light. But the biggest disappointment was the bathroom floor. I asked it to be cleaned but they didn't have cleaners available. So they offer me to either move to a uglier room or refund money to go somewhere else. It was 9 pm already so I just stayed and just never go back.
We stayed at a privately managed suite. Very nicely appointed. Thanks for the great stay and good memories.
We had an amazing family getaway here! We rented the penthouse and had our own private roof top hot tub. We had two families of 4 and the space was large enough to accommodate us all comfortably. I would definitely stay here again. The pool and slide was an added bonus for the kids.
