DO NOT trust this company! DO NOT make my mistake! We have invested in the company 3 years ago, and it was the greatest experience as they showed professionalism, readiness and flexibility for any of my requests. We even thought to reinvest all our savings in Mr. ...'s companies after that term ends. But the problems started when redemption time came. Firstly, they came up with new schedule which delayed redemption payments by 2 months, we agreed and signed it. After that nothing happened, communication became almost impossible, they did not answer phone calls, emails or texts. Mr. .... and Mrs. ...... made multiple promises but none of them were honored. Long story short, as of now they owed us 60% of the total invested amount and last 6 months they have not payed neither interest nor redemption. My advise is STAY AWAY from this company, you can not trust them and it's just a matter of time when they screw you up. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Note, they operate under at least 4 different companies: CanComR Corporation, Live Better Homes LTD, Live Better LTD, Live Royal Oaks.

TEAM Cancom is awesome in customer satisfaction...I have very high appetite of contemporary design in Home construction and in the process of my Home construction, I had to make changes several times, Cancom development was flexible enough to accommodate all my changes without breaking my bank account… ROHIT, Vanessa and Darryl and the rest of the Cancom Team are good people, they treated us like family and I will not hesitate to work with them again in the future or recommend them anytime…*****

After jacking millions of dollars from ordinary people, the company has declared bank corrupcy. The directors of company are not eve answering phone calls from clients. One of their staff members says there intentions were not bad, if their intentions were not bad why they are not facing poor clients who lost their money. My wife and a very close friend lost over 30,000/- . I am sure there are hundreds of victims of fraud out there. I request every one who lost his/her money, share your story here and make a common group to handle the situation.

Those who have been bilked and cheated by Cancom Financial Services Inc., CancomR, should as soon as possible make a complaint through Service Alberta. You will get a temporary pasword by email, which you will change to another password of your choice. Use General Complaint form. Provide your documents as attachments. The main form you can save, Service Alberta will email you a link to it. You can update it until you are ready. Fill everything completely as their info says they do not accept partially done forms. Service Alberta will need to act if many complaints are sent.

It seems Cancom used Hypnotism on the investors when they talk or visit to their office and made so easily investors for millions of dollars. Infact papers they send through post is not even correct nor complete paper and almost all investors they overlooked papers due to their hypnotism. Today received letters that investing company not doing good business since 2017 and declared Bankrupt. It seems so easy for them. They were knowing about cheating people in Canada under real estate market is so easy. If business not going since 2017 then why Cancom have collected and invested 40 to 50 millions during 2018 and 2019. Many are telling that Cancom and their family planned since 3-4 years to steal investors money and runaway. Fortunately for Cancom they successed now and unfortunately they caught in Canada. Cancom -Yuvraj, Rohit, Vikas, Radhika, Sulekha and their entire family made us Canadian full in the areas Edmonton, Calgary, FortMcMurray and BC.

I am very disappointed to say that ,this company looted middle class families with their smiling attitude and took savings of all those who are struggling to save their retirements. ROHIT, Vanessa , Darryl ,Yuvraj Verma and TEAM CANCOM are cheater and cheated their own community silently. 100's of people are effected . Please don't trust this company anymore and who are effected ,please make their comments here bluntly and make a police complaint against them. So, future of other families could be secure by these cheaters. I was reading the reviews about their customer services and dealing, if they are so good, then why they have closed all their contacts, offices, emails even phone numbers. I sold my little gold jewelry to invest in Royal Oaks, now whom I should contact for this cheating. Please help each other to find out the solution
