Normally well supplied and helpful staff. They do employ lots of youth so patience can sometimes be required when a hard to find item is needed. Can be very busy and wait times maybe longer than expected. Every department does has a knowledge employee with a desire to help you within a timely fashion. There is room to improve on the service but especially since the pandemic hit I've seen great strides in service levels. Very clean and organized for one of the largest department store of it's kind around Medicine Hat. You might wait a minute or 2 in line longer depending on the day but is a small sacrifice and understandingly hard to predict.

Good place to get automotive products including tires, oil change, alignment, brakes,suspension,mufflers, and other. Good deals on tools, paint, bath taps, faucets, showers and others. You can also get outdoor gear, fishing and hunting supplies. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. There is a Mark's store inside. They also offer credit cards and fidelity system ( Canadian Tire money).
