Was in this store location today looking for an extension cord , I walked the entire store twice looking for one , asked a nice lady and she directed me to aisle 42 , found what I was looking for and it was on sale , I found the store to be very compact with narrow aisles almost had to look straight up to read the what was on the aisle signs upon reading other reviews about bringing their dogs in, the leduc store welcomes them with open arms alot of staff and patrons love seeing them, not sure why it's a big deal , our dog loves to get out and socialize in large stores anyways this store was clean with ample parking, on second thought in going to change my rating to 3 stars when I made my purchase I pulled out a quarter to lessen the amount of change I'd get back , I got a dirty look placed my receipt on my purchase didnt ask if I wanted a bag , no saying thankyou, have a nice day just turned her back to me and proceeded to a computer , very poor customer service , I'll shop some where else in the future
Two thumbs up for service, friendly and helpful One of my favorite store to go.
Pretty rough today. Most aisles are blocked with carts full of new stock. I know people want products, but shouldn't this be done at night? Not often disappointed at Canadian Tire but today I was.
The people were very helpful and accomodating. They knew what they were doing, expert oon their work.
