Terrible customer service ! I had a return that I could not do because of the covid restrictions and I finally was able to make it to the store only to get the return denied.. This is a 20 item that just did not fit with what I had.. The packaging is a thin plastic bag that needs to be ripped to open and they would not take the return because that thin plastic was not there ... I have bought thousands of dollars of items at Canadian tire and they are willing to lose a customer over 20.. make no sense .

they damaged my mags by not knowing how to use an impact gun to unbolt a Mag.... come on ! the inside of the bore holes were all damaged from someone who doesn't know how to operate the impact gun on some lugs!
Even with all these restrictions these days it's still My favourite place to shop
Worst customer service ever, their agent made an error and gave me appointment for today and he puts that on system for tomorrow. And when told them I already came and that is your fault and try to make it up for me. they started to treat me bad. I won’t never go to this store again.
