Ridiculously bad customer service! Impossible to even get a ballpark starting figure from this company. Definitely don’t recommend. Guy didn’t even know the cost of units. Just kept repeating that they needed to get in for an assessment before they could quote anything. Definitely afraid to even mention the cost so it must be pretty scary. Calling elsewhere.

Great tub if they give you all the information. These are very nice and from the pics we saw, it was going to be perfect. But, once we received it, the tub was much smaller than expected. I can barely get into it and through customer service, we find out that there are different sizes. What a joke! If they would have told us, we would have gone with the bigger tub and our other tub was 6' long. Lots of money to spend for something you are not happy with. STRONGLY recommend to get ALL the information before you purchase. Once you do, you will be happy.

I am a 69 year old woman with rheumatoid arthritis. I bought the walk-in tub in 2017 and it was the best investment. I love my tub, as I can’t bend to get into a regular tub, so with walk in tub I can have a bath with the jets relieving muscle tension. I don’t always have a bath, as I love having showers. While standing you have the security of not falling because of the high sides. I can sit to have a shower and I can put one foot on the seat to wash my leg and foot without worrying about falling over. It’s easy to sit to wash my hair. When your sitting there are a few handles to grab to pull yourself up. The best part is the security of knowing I won’t slip and fall, especially if you live alone.

I purchased and installed this tub for my 84 year old father who has Parkinson’s and severe arthritis. I chose this tub for its low lift over and full features. My father wanted just a jacuzzi but I was sold on the heated seat. Now that we’ve had it for more than 6 maths it’s the micro soothe and jet positions that impress me the most. The micro bubbles do an outstanding. And outstanding is not strong enough of a description...outstanding job of exfoliation. And the seat positioning of the jets...politely...does a great job of getting at areas my Father can’t reach and I’m not gonna touch! It’s a spa treatment for him...it’s a blessing for me. I can assist him with bathing and give him and me the privacy needed. One word of advice for people is to check the capacity of your hot water heater. Ours was insufficient. So I put in a tankless heater for unlimited hot water. I checked server also brands and while this is not the cheapest, I’m glad we made the decision on Safe Step. Don’t cut corners and costs on your loved ones. This product is excellent value.
