Speaking, FIRST... to our initial and, follow-up conversations w/Chris-- who listened to what we want/needed and heard our concerns; then, talked us through the many options we had... that Canadian Pro Carpet could provide us with. He came to our home with an array of samples - from underlay, flooring and carpeting; and clearly explained the pros n' cons and preparation of each (without leading towards the those, with the dearest cost.) Secondly, re our experience with the gentlemen who did BOTH jobs... the level of courtesy, decency, RESPECT-- skill and professionalism, they demonstrated-- was exemplary! I can't believe how great our rec room looks now. We were replacing a commercial grade carpet and thought We would do the same. Chris, who is so knowledgeable on carpet, gently pushed us to a higher pile carpet. I am so glad we took his advice. We got a great price on the carpet. The installers were fantastic, very professional and fun to have around. They cleaned up the rec room before they left. In all it took 3 hours and I have a beautiful room.
I appreciated the patience Chris had with me choosing carpet for only 6 stairs in our foyer. Don arrived yesterday to install it and his skill and experience was exceptional! The stairs look great.
