I’ve been going here for 2 years now. The employees have always been great. But over the last few months, the delays have been getting longer and longer. I don’t know if they don’t have enough employees, or trying to cram more donators into the same amount of time, but sometimes they can be an hour behind.

I've been going for 3 years. They've had their ups and downs. They're back in a down cycle. I walked out (again) after waiting an hour and a quarter to get into the Donation room. The whole procedure is supposed to take hour and a half. 2 stars because the staff doners deal with are nice.

Super friendly, always explaining each step and such caring easy going people. Nice clean centre. Compensation is great and donating for those in need of plasma are why i keep coming back.

I was very pleased with the introduction to donating plasma.The staff are very pleasant and well educated. I have gone back on my regular twice a week visits and plan to keep going..its also nice to talk to other people there at the same time ,,and it doesn't hurt....
