My contract expired during covid-19. Their driver failed to Pick up the uniforms during the set upon date and now they have charged over 2000 on my credit card. Despite me calling last week to arrange another pickup, but I could not get anyone on the line, left a message and never got a return phone call. I also emailed 3 different people notifying that we would no longer be using their services at the end of the contract. Not a single one emailed me back to confirm my cancellation as I requested. The reason I did not renew in the first place was because they kept increasing my pricing and I would not be able to get a hold of anyone to discuss the increases. Worst company I ever dealt with
Stay away from them!! The fact that they only have one star reviews isn't a coincidence! For almost a year we have been cancelling their services and have ignored every request and have been impossible to get a hold of. We even reported them to the better business bureau which reprimanded them and they had the gall to ignore them too. During this time they still sent drivers to our store which we turned away every time and kept billing us. We were finally able to personally meet with a rep called David Grasser a few months ago and came to an agreement that they would stop coming by and sending bills. Sure enough another van showed up today wanting to deliver a mat. These people are scam artists and should be ashamed of themselves for conducting a business like this and deceiving their customers.
I have an interview with Canadian Linen today and thanks to reading all these reviews I have decided not to be a part of a company with such a terrible reputation I thrive myself on giving people the best customer experience but how can someone do that if the very people that employ you don't care!? I will submit my resumes again today I'm sorry for what all of you have gone through dealing with them
Very poor company to deal with . The sneakily tried to get me to renew our contract , they are hard to get a straight answer out of. The staff is friendly but not trained. They come in change our carpets and dump all the debris all over our clean floors from the carpets they take away. Have forgotten the logo Mat on us a few times too. I wish we never signed with this company to begin with. Buyers beware!
