Excellent virtual training through Zoom. Laura Therrien, the instructor was amazing, very energetic, passionate and confident. I am a hard of hearing person and the accommodation provided by her was just perfect. At the beginning of the training session she sent to me via email a summary of the most relevant information of the training. It was very clear, easy to understand and very helpful. By doing this, Laura showed me preparation and commitment to do her best to deliver an excellent training. In addition, all the videos provided had subtitles for the hearing impaired like me and the entire presentation provided clear information and relevant examples to understand the material. I was allowed to communicate by writing via chat during the training session. I passed the exam because all the training was very concise and easy to understand.
