I placed my order in September, 2017. I received half the order in December and the other half in March of 2018, a full 6 months later. A part of my order included 2 rekenreks. These are devices used to teach young children math, and consist of a wooden frame encompassing 10 metal rods with 10 beads on each rod. On one rekenrek, one of the rods had 11 beads. The other rekenrek fell apart the second day we owned it. Fell apart, literally. Beads everywhere. So... not a positive experience. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this company ever again.

Purchased 2 califone headsets for my office, Took 3 months to receive the 2nd one which was the same frequency as the first one (which I told them I needed 2 different frequencies). It became defective within it's first year under warranty. Attempted many times to contact company to honour the warranty. They refused to do anything without the invoice though I am sure they have my invoice on file since it is computerized. Found the packing slip and now they refuse to honour it. Disappointed in the customer service and lack of consideration for items under warranty.
